We process and ship orders as they are received. If you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address on your order/redemption, you must wait until the package is returned or confirmed to have been delivered to the wrong address before a reshipment can take place. Incorrect shipping addresses will incur a reshipping fee.

If you are concerned that an incorrect address was provided on your order, please contact our support team by submitting a support ticket as soon as possible—there is a very small window of time and we may be able to update your shipping address on the order or it may already be on it's way to the address provided.
