The first time you use the Sonic-FX™ Toothbrush, you may experience a tickling sensation around your gums. This is caused by the vibration of the brush and can be felt more so by users who have never used a sonic-style toothbrush—most users will get used to this and eventually not notice at all within just a few uses.
